Abstract
Materials science is the study of the relationships between materials' processing, structure, and properties. Thin film formation differs significantly from bulk material formation. Deposition, a technique in which the surface layer is constantly submerged under a freshly growing surface layer, produces thin films on surfaces. As a result, thin film materials science contains subject matter not covered by bulk materials science. This article highlights about the critical review on MnS, CdS and CdMnS.
