Abstract

The geo-strategic significance of a nation greatly depends on its geography. It not only harnesses state’s power potential, but also significantly influences its foreign and the security policies. The nature of a country’s people, shape of the borders and the communication infrastructure lend it either strategic strength or weakness.¹ India’s increasing interest and influence in the region and her growing cooperation with the US .The paper will deal with Pakistan's geo strategic importance for its immediate neighbor, India. The geography shaped nation in south Asian and its strategically involvement with China.
