A Study On Self-Efficacy Of High School Students In Chennai District

Abstract

The objective of the study was to find out the self-efficacy of High School Students in Chennai District. The population for the present study is the high school students in the Chennai district. Stratified random sampling techniques were used for the selection of the sample. The sample size of this study is 300 high school students in the Chennai district. Statistical techniques like percentage analysis, 't' test, and ANOVA were used to analyze and interpret the data. The investigator adopted the normative survey method for this study. It was found that there is no significant difference in the self-efficacy of male and female high school students, there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy of boys, girls, and Co-education high school students, there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy of rural and urban high school students.
