Exploring The Relationship Between Work Commitment And Job Satisfaction In Academicians: A Study Of Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

The most widely debated topic in this dynamic era of business is how to keep employee committed and satisfied and therefore it is must for every organization to have a bird’s eye view on its overall functioning. The objective this paper is to throw light on the relationship between work commitment and job satisfaction particularly in academicians in Mathura and NCR Region. The paper shows a strong relationship between work commitment and job satisfaction through empirical investigation using SPSS 22.
