Internet of Behaviour: A Sneak Peek

Published 2021-08-18

Abstract

Collection and exchange of data over the internet through a network of interconnected devices is called as Internet of Things (IoT). The next generation of IoT is hyped as Internet of Behaviour (IoB). There are number of users making use of the IoT. Each user uses the internet in a different way. Capturing the user data through the user behaviour and transforming it into a valuable information is called as the Internet of Behaviour (IoB). The combination of behavioral science with technology and data analytics defines IoB. In simpler words it is a process of making sense of human behavior through data mining. It allows to track and interpret the user’s behaviour.  Devices related to location, facial recognition and many more can essentially act as guides to mapping customer behaviour. This paper presents a brief survey of IoB.
