This research will assist organizations in determining how training improves employee performance and organizational productivity. The study will assist organizations in understanding their employees' abilities and performance, which will aid organizations in determining where training is required, and the employees who are trained will perform well and assist organizations in achieving their objectives. Objective includes: The main purpose of this study was to study the impact of training and development on employees, to identify perception of the employees on how training and development proved to be beneficial to them, Role of employee training in achieving the organizational goal.
