Abstract

The researchers created the MT model, which integrates the evaluation of sub-dimensions of medical tourism quality, based on empirical quality analysis. The study was conducted throughout the whole state of Madhya Pradesh. The distributed questionnaires received a total of 400 votes. Data were gathered for the research using a stratified and random sample strategy. Using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and moment structure analysis for structural equation modeling, Bayesian estimation, and testing, the data was examined using SPSS. The study's findings indicate that although hospitals do not need to compete on price, they do need to maintain a constant emphasis on their quality standards. The results show that patient satisfaction is the most crucial sign of the healthcare sector in international medical travel. SEM makes it possible for every business to try enterprise-wide sustainability management, with marketing quality indicators playing a crucial part. It is encouraged to do further research on the subject, with a comprehensive study encompassing the complete route from the consumer's starting place to the location of the medical treatment and back home.
