Abstract

Especially now, when everything is becoming globalized, raising the bar for educational quality is of paramount importance. As old as formal education itself, the conventional pedagogy paradigm centers on the authoritative figure of the teacher directing the flow of knowledge into the receptacle of the pupil.  There were a total of 150 students, both male and female, included in the sample. The researcher had employed a Mathematical Interest Scale (also known as an Achievement test) created by Drs. Uman Tandon and Ashok Pai. The academic performance of the kids was analyzed statistically, and the results showed a clear disparity. This article uses both traditional and ICT-based approaches to examine the academic success of high school pupils. There is rarely a person alive today who does not rely in some way on some type of ICT. They have unquestionably made their way into every facet of human existence. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze how and to what degree ICT changed conventional pedagogical methods have.
