Evaluating the Effect of Mobile Phone Addiction on Mental Problems Among Students

Abstract

Today, everyone relies on their mobile phone. There are benefits and drawbacks to using a mobile phone. Addiction symptoms, such as excessive mobile phone usage, are so ingrained in young people's daily lives that it's difficult to separate them from their daily lives. The mobile phone has become completely dependent on youth. This study was performed to discover the health concerns that have been related with addiction mobile phones among students. In this study, a cross-sectional survey was conducted. Face to face interview and particular questionnaires were issued for the students to collect information from them. The findings of the survey indicated that the greatest frequency of the health issues encountered by students were eyesight difficulties. Likewise, the lowest frequency of the health problems was sleeping disorder.
