Abstract

Job seekers in the era of the 4.0 digital technology industrial revolutions need to be well-versed in both hard and soft skills in order to succeed in an increasingly competitive employment market. The purpose of this research, which employed data collected via online questionnaires, was to examine the variables that students saw as having the most impact on their willingness to pursue industrial training and the knowledge and skills they would need to succeed upon completion. Information was collected from 300 graduating management students, and descriptive statistics were used to examine the data. Descriptive statistics were presented as frequencies and percentages to illustrate the level of preparedness of the students. Students in their last year of management school are prepared to enter the workforce because they have gotten extensive guidance from their professors, according to the study's findings.
