Proposing New Algorithm Based on UDF and SRIF for Image Centroid Tracking Cum Fusion

Abstract

Applications for air traffic control and air defence need the automatic detection and tracking of targets utilising image sensor data. Many different applications, including mobile robot navigation, surveillance, air-traffic control, and intelligent vehicle operations, make extensive use of sensor fusion methods. This study proposes a novel method for centroid tracking-cum-fusion based on UDF and SRIF. Present are some parametric studies and performance findings of employing image-centroid tracking and fusion. The CTUDF and CTSRIF algorithms have several drawbacks, but our novel image-centroid tracking cum-fusion technique solves them.
