Abstract

The benefits of e-government services have yet to be fully realized by poor nations despite extensive attempts to launch electronic government programs. If we want to see improvements in the government's efficiency and openness, we need to see the infrastructure for e-government put into place and used effectively. These days, almost every business and even the official government may be found online, showcasing their services to the public. To improve government transparency and accountability, e-governance advocates for the use of information and communication technologies. Government agencies, ordinary individuals, and commercial enterprises are all potential E-governance users. A good electronic governance system should save money, be simple to operate, and be reliable. The primary goal of this article is to highlight the challenges and needs associated with comprehending the e-Gov paradigm in India and to present a clear picture of e-Gov by way of cloud computing models.
