Preparation And Characterization of PLLA Spin Coated Films

Abstract

PLLA is also melt-spinable and has very good fiber- and film-forming properties. Recently, applications involving high- strength fibers and films were reported. But there is no detail of information prevalent in the literature on the role of annealing on the morphological state. The objective of this study was to prepare good quality ultra-thin films and to investigate the effect of annealing on the structural variation in the PLLA film. This article highlights about the preparation and characterization of PLLA spin coated films.
