Review on Open Education Resources with Special Reference to Indian Education System Evolution of Rabindranath Tagore’s Mind: A Glimpse

Abstract

Open educational resources are defined as the open provision of educational resources, enabled by information and communication technologies, for consultation, use, and adaptation by a community of users for non-commercial purposes. Open educational resources (OER) are currently most frequently defined as digitized materials that are freely and publicly provided for teachers, students, and self-learners to access and reuse for teaching, learning, and research. In this article, review on open education resources with special reference to Indian education system has been highlighted.
