Analysis Of Work Pressure Impact On Job Performance In Health Care Environment: An Empirical Study

Abstract

This work done on employees working in Renee orthopaedic Hospital of Karimanagar, Telangana, to understand the influence of stress on performance and how pressure at workplace influence stress.  People react to stress in different ways, some are coping and fewer are suffering from stress. This study shows that pressure to produce and performance are correlated. With the involvement of stress the effect on job performance is mediated with pressure to produce work.
