Abstract

Iraq has experienced a transitional state after 2003 that affected its economy, especially after the Central Bank of Iraq obtained its independence in accordance with Law 51 of 2004, which prompted the authority to use modern tools and in line with the requirements of moving towards the market system on the one hand, and the specificity that characterizes the Iraqi economy in light of the imbalance On the other hand, the structural system it suffers from is its heavy dependence on the oil sector, as well as the underdevelopment of the financial and banking system.
