Abstract

Health is the best gift, satisfaction the supreme wealth, and faithful to the best bond. The World Health Organization defined Health as ‘a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity. Thus health in biological terms is a state where all body parts coordinate with each other and function properly; in psychological terms, health is a state in which an individual finds it easy to adjust in his environment and in the social term, health is a state in which an individual is fit enough to participate in the socio-cultural environment as well as in the social system.
