Abstract
The scope of micro financial institution emphasized the importance of micro financial product and services to fight the poverty in the country. This research examines the effect of microfinance institutions performance on the individual empowerment. The main objective of this study to analyze the effects of micro financial products and services on personal empowerment and family empowerment of micro finance beneficiaries to Alwar District of Rajasthan State in India. . The total sample size of the study is 251 beneficiaries. This present study is based on primary data and one sample t- test is used as a tool of analysis. SPSS Ver. 22.0 is being used to analyze the collected data.
