Abstract

Jobs Have Grown Scarce In The Present Economy As The Number Of Unemployed People Has Risen. Employees In The Company Experience Increased Job Pressure And Stress As A Result Of This. Employees' Productivity Suffers As A Consequence Of A Lack Of Efficiency And Effectiveness In The Work That They Do. This Presents A Challenge In Terms Of Accomplishing The Aims And Objectives Of The Company. Only By Focusing On Employee Engagement, Job Happiness, And The Work Environment In Which They Are Employed Can This Problem Be Resolved. This Will Encourage Workers To Voluntarily Devote Their Efforts Toward The Achievement Of The Company's Goals And Objectives, Thus Improving The Overall Performance Of The Organization. Employee Engagement Is A Technique That, When Done Effectively And Efficiently, Makes Everyone Happy: The Management, The Workers, And The Customers. Objective Includes: To Identify The Various Measures Taken By The Employers To Conduct The Employee Engagement, To Know About The Various Challenges Faced By The Employers In Conducting Employee Engagement, To Know The Various Methods To Improve The Employee Engagement.
