A Study on Re-Skilling of employee in Emerging Technology Introduction

Abstract

Organizations  are  adopting  and  moving  toward  new  technology  and  methods  of  working these days, but their employees lack the necessary skills. Because more and more businesses are  turning  to  technology  to  gain  a  competitive  edge,  it's  becoming  more  important  for multinational companies to respond quickly and specialize in long-term capabilities. The goal of  this  research  is  to  improve  workers'  existing  abilities  in  order  to  make  them  more technology-ready in the workplace. It's also possible that the company is experiencing a skills shortage and won't be able to meet the current demand. With reskilling, there is an effective way to develop and empower workers. Employees want to be able to learn and grow inside the same company. As a result, if your company offers such professional growth possibilities, you'll  attract  superior  employees  who  will  stay  with  you  longer.  Workers  need  also  be flexible in order to think with an open mind when there is an easy method to vary and learn new  things,  as  well  as  adapt  to  them.  They  will  be  benefitted  if  they  follow  market  trend technologies. Objective includes: To scale back the value recruitment and increase employee productivity,  Re-Skilling  the  present  employee's  skills,  Employees  will  proactively  reskill themselves for the long run.
